Simple Thank You

A SUPER simple card I whipped up and then produced extras of for Thank You notes from my kids for their Valentine's presents from their grandparents.



American Crafts Romance pack of papers made this so easy! Then I just stamped the sentiment and the frame (both Stampin' Up), adhered it, and done! And I think they are pretty cute.

A little bling...

Who doesn't love a little bling sometimes?? I actually really love this card for whatever reason. It was a sketch over at CPS last week and even though I forgot to upload my card on their site, I had a lot of fun making it.

When I first saw the sketch, I thought I was going to have a really hard time. But once I started stamping and getting things laid out it just sort of fell together, just like the sketch is supposed to do!

I used all PTI stamps again and SU cardstock & ink. Brads are by MM. Pretty basic as far as the supplies are concerned.

Over the Rainbow Challenge

Another challenge day over at Nichole's blog in celebration of PTI's 2 year anniversary. Here is the card I created for the challenge. I used all PTI stamps, and Stampin Up cardstock and inks since I have all those on hand.

I really like this color combination. I'm sure I'll be using it again. The colors are so happy and fun. Don't forget to visit the blog for your chance to win a year's worth of PTI cardstock!!

Here is my bag. It's just a white lunch bag that I dressed up with some American Crafts paper, PTI stamps, buttons, and ribbon. Easy peasy!

Just a quick one today

This card literally came together in less than 10 minutes. I usually take the time to thread the buttons, but only had a couple minutes to work on this so I skipped that step. And while I enjoy the more finished look of the threaded buttons, I'm okay with this. My guess is that the intended recipient will not even notice :-)

First Layout in a while

Finally a layout to share. I made this based on a page map. I love sketches for scrap layouts. It makes it so much easier to get a layout finished in no time at all!!
